The context entry only shows up if you right klick a video which would open in a playlist, and does not show up otherwise as far as I can tell.

I literally never watch playlists, so now it's almost like the massive wastes of space on my YouTube main page are just more video suggestions! Finally, I can be suggested music without having to manually keep totally unwanted garbage from playing afterward! A lifesaver!
