Firefox on X11 where touchpad smooth zoom is not supported.
Desktop PC without a touchpad.

Usage

Zooming: Press Ctrl + Alt, and move mouse up and down.
Panning: Press Shift + Alt, and move mouse around.

Limitation as alpha

No upper limit yet

Minimum scale fixed at 100% yet
