RustRecon — Rust+ Connector Autor: RustRecon

RustRecon Rust+ Connector links your Rust+ account to the RustRecon notification service after you explicitly start pairing on rustrecon.ru.

The extension opens the official Facepunch Rust+ sign-in page, receives the Rust+ sign-in token and SteamID64 returned by that page, and securely transfers them to rustrecon.ru. RustRecon uses the token only to register the requested Rust+ connection. The sign-in token is not saved in extension storage or persisted in the RustRecon database.

On the official login page, the extension replaces the generic companion-app sentence with a RustRecon-specific explanation that signing in allows RustRecon to send and receive team chat messages. It does not alter the Steam login button or the authentication process.

The extension runs only on rustrecon.ru and companion-rust.facepunch.com. It does not read browsing history, the clipboard, passwords, or unrelated website content.

An active RustRecon Pro subscription is required. RustRecon is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios.
