Learn a language while surfing the web!

Visit articles in the language you're learning. Use Readlang to translate the words and phrases you don't understand. And we'll create flashcards and vocab lists for you.

Visit a webpage in the language you are learning.
Click the extension button next to your address bar and click to open Readlang.
Click on any word, or drag across any phrase to translate.

Alternatively, right click on any webpage and select "Import to Readlang" to import a plain text version to read on readlang.com.

This add-on contains the same code that powers the Chrome extension which has been available for a long time and has over 100,000 users: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/readlang-web-reader/odpdkefpnfejbfnmdilmfhephfffmfoh?hl=en. The only difference is in manifest.json which required minor changes to be compatible with Firefox.
