Message Deduplication Improvements
Fixed issue where page reloads could cause duplicate message counting
Increased deduplication window from 30 seconds to 10 minutes
Added session-based timestamp validation to reject stale messages from before extension load
Messages now timestamped on first processing to prevent re-counting when Twitch's virtualization re-adds old DOM elements
