This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you — whether you're an
individual using Hibern8 Ctrl+Space yourself, or an organization (a company, nonprofit,
school, agency, or similar) deploying it for its people ("You") — and Wildheart
Holdings LLC ("Licensor"), covering the Hibern8 Ctrl+Space browser extension, the
Hibern8 Ctrl+Space Lite build, and their associated files and documentation (together, the
"Software"). By installing or using the Software, You agree to this Agreement.
If You don't agree, please don't install or use the Software.


You may install and use Hibern8 Ctrl+Space for free:

• As an individual — on any devices you own or control, for your personal use.
• As an organization — for use by your employees, contractors, members, or
  students, on as many devices as your organization owns or manages as you
  like. There's no per-seat or per-device limit.

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, and is granted
for your own personal or internal business use. It is not tied to a headcount —
the only real limit is that you can't hand the Software off to outside parties
(see Section 2).


You may not:
- redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the
Software available to any third party;
- copy the Software except as required for Your own permitted use;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, or
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the limited extent
applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.


THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software.
The Software is not a certified, security-attested, or independently audited
release.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR
ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO Your use
of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold
harmless Licensor (Wildheart Holdings LLC) and its owners, officers, employees,
and agents from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, losses,
liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising
out of or relating to: (a) Your use, configuration, or deployment of the
Software — including deployment by an organization across its devices or for its
employees, contractors, members, or students; (b) Your breach of this Agreement;
or (c) Your violation of any applicable law or of the rights of any third party.
Licensor may, at its own expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any
matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You, and in that case You agree to
cooperate reasonably with Licensor's defense. This section does not require You to
indemnify Licensor for Licensor's own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or
where such indemnification is prohibited by law (which may include certain
consumer and public-sector contexts).


The Software operates locally. Your preferences and any saved data remain in
Your browser profile on Your device; the Software has no servers and transmits
nothing about You. The Software requests no host permissions and does not read
or edit the content of any web page. Optional features (the screen-time timer
and Safe-Hold) are off by default and operate entirely on Your device.


While there is no implied warranty, written or otherwise, and Licensor is under
no obligation to provide support, updates, maintenance, or fixes, if You find a
bug, security vulnerability, or error You are welcome to report it through the
web store listing from which You installed the Software (Chrome Web Store,
Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or Firefox Add-ons). Responsible disclosure is
appreciated. Reporting an issue does not create any warranty, obligation, or
service commitment on the part of Licensor.


This license terminates automatically if You breach any term. Upon termination
You must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 2–5, 9, and 10 survive
termination.


The figures, statements, and estimates in the Software and its documentation
(including memory, power, and energy estimates) are provided on an illustrative,
good-faith basis and are not warranties. If any party requests that a claim,
statement, estimate, or figure be independently proven, benchmarked, audited, or
validated through a formal study or test, that work is a separate professional
engagement. Such work is quoted, billed to, and paid for by the requesting
party in advance, and is undertaken only after payment is received and a
written agreement is in place. Nothing in this Agreement obligates Licensor to
perform any such study at its own expense.


This Agreement is the entire agreement between You and Licensor regarding the
Software and supersedes any prior understandings. If any provision is held
unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Licensor's failure to
enforce a provision is not a waiver.
