TypeShift is designed with a strict privacy-first architecture.


TypeShift does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, browsing history, or user identifiers.


All extension settings, selected font preferences, active site rules, and visual theme toggles are saved locally on your device using chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your browser.


TypeShift does not load external scripts, remote code, or third-party tracking software. All operations are self-contained within the extension.


Since no data is collected, no data is ever shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
