View, create and share your captions/subtitles for videos on video streaming sites such as YouTube and niconico with this open source extension!
(This extension is in alpha, please help to report bugs to the Discord channel below)

Watch
* View community contributed captions made in NekoCap with the extension while browsing YouTube & other supported sites
* View captions with cool, advanced effects (WIP, for Substation Alpha [SSA/ASS] captions only)

Create
* Create captions in any language in the browser with the NekoCap editor while watching videos
* Load and tweak externally created captions (SSA, ASS, SRT, VTT, SBV files are supported)
* Export captions created with the editor to SRT (other formats coming soon)

Share
* Submit your captions to the NekoCap server so that other NekoCap users can easily see them while browsing supported sites
* Give captions a thumbs up or down to let others know how accurate they are

* More features to come!
* And it's all free!
* (Click on the jigsaw icon and pin the NekoCap extension to login to submit captions)
