END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and JW PubMedia One governing your use of JW Web Add-on, including any updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, features, documentation, and related materials provided with or for the add-on, unless separate terms expressly apply.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ENABLING, ACCESSING, OR USING JW WEB ADD-ON, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ENABLE, ACCESS, OR USE THE ADD-ON.

1. License Grant
   Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, JW PubMedia One grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use JW Web Add-on, free of charge, solely for your personal, non-commercial use on supported browsers and compatible devices.
   JW Web Add-on is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
2. Ownership
   JW Web Add-on is owned by JW PubMedia One and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
   All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by JW PubMedia One.
3. Proprietary and Closed-Source Software
   JW Web Add-on is proprietary and closed-source. Its source code is confidential and is not licensed, disclosed, or made available to you.
   Except where applicable law does not allow such a restriction, you may not, and may not permit, assist, or authorize any third party to:
   a. copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, redistribute, mirror, host, share, or otherwise make the add-on available, in whole or in part
   b. modify, adapt, alter, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based on the add-on
   c. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, reconstruct, attempt to derive the source code, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying code, structure, logic, algorithms, methods, or organization of the add-on
   d. remove, obscure, alter, or bypass any copyright, trademark, proprietary, attribution, warning, or technical protection notice
   e. repackage, rebrand, relist, relaunch, publish, or distribute the add-on under another name or source
   f. sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, assign, timeshare, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the add-on for commercial purposes
   g. circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, integrity check, licensing control, anti-tampering measure, or usage restriction implemented in or with the add-on
   h. use the add-on to develop, test, benchmark, support, or improve any competing software, extension, service, or derivative product
   i. use automated means to extract, package, scrape, or republish any part of the add-on itself
   j. use the add-on in any way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms governing websites or applications used with the add-on
4. No Unauthorized Copying or Redistribution
   You may not copy, redistribute, republish, mirror, host, upload, transmit, share, or repackage JW Web Add-on, whether for free or for payment, without prior written authorization from JW PubMedia One.
   You may not distribute modified versions, extracted portions, repackaged builds, or unauthorized copies of the add-on without prior written permission from JW PubMedia One.
5. Authorized Use
   You may use JW Web Add-on only for your personal, non-commercial use, only as intended by JW PubMedia One, and only through legitimate distribution channels authorized by JW PubMedia One.
   You may not use JW Web Add-on for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from JW PubMedia One.
6. Updates and Changes
   JW PubMedia One may release updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, compatibility changes, feature additions, feature removals, or other modifications to JW Web Add-on at any time.
   Updates may be required for continued functionality, compatibility, security, or compliance. By continuing to use the add-on after an update becomes available or effective, you agree to the updated version of the add-on and any updated terms that are properly made available to you.
   JW PubMedia One is not obligated to maintain any specific feature or compatibility with any specific browser, browser version, website, application, operating system, service, or device.
7. Third-Party Platforms, Websites, and Applications
   JW Web Add-on may operate with, connect to, launch, interact with, or depend on third-party platforms, websites, web content, browser stores, application deep links, APIs, browser environments, or other services.
   JW PubMedia One does not own or control all such third-party platforms or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, behavior, updates, interruptions, security, policies, terms, or discontinuation.
   Your use of third-party websites, applications, browser stores, platforms, or services is governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies.
8. Third-Party Intellectual Property
   JW Web Add-on may be used in connection with websites and applications owned or maintained by third parties. Nothing in this Agreement transfers to you any ownership of, or license to, any third-party content, trademarks, logos, publications, websites, applications, or other materials, except as may be expressly permitted by the applicable rights holder.
   Use of JW Web Add-on does not grant you any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, republish, store, extract, or commercially exploit third-party content accessed through or used with the add-on.
9. User Responsibilities
   You are solely responsible for:
   a. ensuring that your device, browser, and environment are compatible with the add-on
   b. using the add-on in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms
   c. maintaining backups of your own data, settings, and browser environment where appropriate
   d. reviewing this Agreement and any related notices before using the add-on
   e. ceasing use of the add-on if you do not agree to this Agreement or any valid update to it
   You are responsible for all activity occurring through your installation or use of the add-on.
10. Prohibited Uses
    You may not use JW Web Add-on to:
    a. gain unauthorized access to any system, service, content, account, or protected area
    b. interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or impair any website, application, browser, server, or service
    c. bypass intended technical restrictions, authentication boundaries, rate limits, access controls, regional controls, or functional limitations imposed by any service or platform
    d. misrepresent the source, ownership, or official status of the add-on
    e. violate any applicable law or third-party right
11. Privacy and Technical Data
    JW PubMedia One may process technical and operational information reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve, or verify the operation of JW Web Add-on, to the extent described in any applicable privacy notice made available by JW PubMedia One.
    By using the add-on, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and browser environments are not completely secure and that no method of storage, transmission, or execution can be guaranteed to be fully secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
12. Feedback
    If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, bug reports, enhancement requests, or other feedback regarding JW Web Add-on, you grant JW PubMedia One a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
13. Term and Termination
    This Agreement is effective until terminated.
    This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of it.
    JW PubMedia One may suspend, disable, restrict, or terminate your license to use JW Web Add-on at any time, with or without notice, if JW PubMedia One reasonably believes that:
    a. you violated this Agreement
    b. your use presents legal, technical, security, reputational, or operational risk
    c. continued distribution, access, or operation is no longer practical or permitted
    d. the add-on, a feature, or a supported service is being discontinued
    Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the add-on and delete or uninstall all copies in your possession or control.
    Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, jurisdiction, and general legal terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JW WEB ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
    JW PUBMEDIA ONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, SECURITY, OR THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
    JW PUBMEDIA ONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR CONTINUE TO FUNCTION WITH ANY PARTICULAR WEBSITE, APPLICATION, BROWSER, PLATFORM, OPERATING SYSTEM, SERVICE, DEVICE, OR CONFIGURATION, OR THAT IT WILL BE STABLE OR SECURE.
    TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JW PUBMEDIA ONE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INCOME, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, USE, DATA, SETTINGS, EXPECTED SAVINGS, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ADD-ON OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JW PUBMEDIA ONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, SYSTEM INTERRUPTION, BROWSER FAILURE, APPLICATION FAILURE, SECURITY ISSUE, SECURITY VULNERABILITY, SECURITY EXPOSURE, INSTABILITY, CRASH, PERFORMANCE ISSUE, OR OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION, USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE JW WEB ADD-ON.
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF JW PUBMEDIA ONE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ADD-ON OR THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $10.00.
    NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
16. Indemnity
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS JW PUBMEDIA ONE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, LICENSORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
    a. your use or misuse of the add-on
    b. your breach of this Agreement
    c. your violation of applicable law
    d. your violation of any third-party rights, terms, or policies
    e. any content, data, action, or activity attributable to your use of the add-on
17. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
18. Jurisdiction
    Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or JW Web Add-on shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of those courts.
    If applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum, that right is not limited by this section to the extent such limitation would be unenforceable.
19. Injunctive Relief
    You acknowledge that unauthorized copying, disclosure, modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, circumvention, or misuse of JW Web Add-on may cause irreparable harm to JW PubMedia One for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, JW PubMedia One may seek injunctive or equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, to protect its rights.
20. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. No Waiver
    No failure or delay by JW PubMedia One in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.
22. Assignment
    You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without prior written consent from JW PubMedia One.
    JW PubMedia One may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time.
23. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JW PubMedia One regarding JW Web Add-on and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the add-on, except to the extent a separate written agreement expressly applies.
24. Changes to This Agreement
    JW PubMedia One may revise this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will become effective when made available with the add-on, through the add-on listing, through an accompanying legal notice, or by other reasonable means.
    Your continued use of JW Web Add-on after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
