I have noticed that when I open Waterfox, the stealth mode doesn't work on the homepage (exclusively). When clicking on the extension, the setting is still on, but it's seems that it doesn't do anything. This problem does not happen outside of the homepage though. I have 'use in private browsing' on, use Startpage, and am on mobile if that helps.

Also, would it be possible to make a list of more famous Trans people that's easily downloadable, so we don't have to input all of them manually, possibly forgetting a few.

Edit: this should be resolved now, you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it. Feel free to file an issue on GitHub if you're still having issues

As great as it can be and super friendly and helpful dev, but many senarios where it just doesn't work and can't be made to work, mostly google sites such as the gmail screen and other google screens.
Unfortunately, that's where my deadname most often is, so the extention functions as more something nice to have then a functional deadname remover.

I love this, my school banned it AFTER i got it so i cant delete (luckily) and it works all the same

Hey there! Glad to hear you were still able to get it -- if you feel comfortable (obviously please don't out yourself and put yourself in danger!) I've signed a few data privacy agreements with schools so the extension is something they can offer to their students. One of your school admins can email me at hi@arimgibson.com with an agreement, or I can answer questions about the extension's use of user data (spoiler: I am never given access to any of your data). Depends if they're banning it for privacy reasons or because they're transphobic haha. ~ Ari

Used to work perfectly, but then the dev updated it and now it wont even do what it used to on 90% of websites

One of the best extensions, especially for when I'm in my college classes and those pesky websites haven't updated even after my legal name change. Saves me from explanations to random classmates! Thank you so much for this blessing Ari <3

It worked amazingly when I first downloaded, but after the new update it's off and won't turn back on. It always says "changes failed to save" And the old one slows down firefox.

I no longer need this extension, as I got my name legally changed everywhere, but I just want to say thank you. This got me through a very difficult part of my transition. I cannot thank you enough for making this. <3

OH TYSM FOR THE HELP! This has been such a lifesaver!!! I was worried that after the update it wasn't gonna work anymore, but after reinstalling the problem has been solved !! Tysm for making this and keeping it updated all this time! 🫶

Old review: I love this extension and it helped me a lot. But it's been a while since it doesn't work anymore - and i haven't been able to save any changes i've made. Hope this gets fixed soon :(

Normally love this extension, but I keep getting flagging about it slowing everything down when this extension is on since the big update. Tweaked all settings and nothing worked. Not sure what to do now since I can't even turn it on without websites slowing to an unusable crawl.

This extension has been helpful for me, but the latest update (on Firefox) will not work for me and slows down my browser significantly. :[

I've used this addon for what feels like years now-- And I'm sure the 2.0 update is great. Unfortunately, it crashes my browser.

I have no idea why. I tried tweaking with the settings, like the block page setting, but no such luck.

Firefox 135.0 (64-bit)
