New: Artist detection notifications
When Unstream detects an artist you're listening to on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or other supported sites, you'll get a quick system notification showing where you can directly support them. Click the notification to open their Unstream page.

Notifications are on by default and can be toggled off in the extension popup's Settings tab.

Bug fixes

Add lightweight, anonymized tracking of searches and link clicks in the Firefox extension. No user data on these metrics are captured.

Improved support for playback detection on YouTube and Bandcamp

Unstream is now free (with optional donation)! All features, including saving artists for later, and getting release alerts, are now ungated. We've also improved detection for other music sites like YouTube and Soundcloud.
