Takes two supplied IPv4 or IPv6 address, and calculates the smallest sized network, or largest in terms of CIDR bits, that will include both IPs. Useful for generating range blocks etc that cover a lowest and highest IP with the smallest amount of collateral. Returns both a network and CIDR, and also a full netmask.
