· merge Thunderbird branch back into Firefox version now they should be able to be the same again
· honour <shift> for a new window when selecting the explicit open-in-tab options
· add one-off prefs. patch for Thunderbird to make behaviour the most commonly expected (the prefs. can be changed back manually, but virtually no one wants links opened in TB tabs or the same window the originating email is in; attempts to replicate other reported TB prefs. oddities/failures failed, so presuming these are all now fixed with this codebase and against latest TB/FF [~102] — if not, please raise a bug with details)

This release brings URL Link's Firefox and Thunderbird versions (mostly) back into line. There are also a couple of minor bugfixes WRT menu generation.

Uses https in default prefs.

Attempt to properly handle with \\windows-server\share\ URLs - hopefully fixes #7

Bug fix issue '7 — don't hex encode file://///windows-server/share/ URIs.

Add basic support for private windows: either hold down Control when selecting an option, or add |p to the end of a custom menu entry to make that entry always open in a private window.

Simplify sub-menu items when only one sub-menu (in-tab or in-window) is enabled (issue #5).
Override with the existing force-submenus option.

Restores menu “hide” control (preference now working).

Preference editing finally added to the WebExtension version.

This is the first WebExtension version. Preference editing is not yet back in, that will be coming soon.
