Tempo Blocks keeps structured sessions on time without requiring a timer tab to stay open. Choose Custom or Focus Cycle, then edit the routine to match the work.

Browser-protected and extension-store pages cannot host injected widgets; Tempo Blocks reports that browser restriction without opening a substitute timer tab. After navigating, click the toolbar icon to attach the widget to the new page.
