Informazions su la estension
Bring Edge-style link routing to Firefox! Split View Router lets you pair two tabs so that clicking a link in the left tab automatically opens in the right tab. Perfect for
research, side-by-side browsing, and maximizing your productivity.
Firefoxâs built-in split view is great for seeing two pages at once, but it doesn't naturally "route" links between them. This add-on bridges that gap, allowing you to
anchor your primary search results or documentation on the left while browsing the details on the right.
⨠Key Features
* Pair & Route: Connect any two tabs as a left/right split via a simple right-click context menu.
* Persistent Pairings: Your tab pairs are smartâthey survive browser restarts and session restores (v1.1.0+).
* Dual Routing Modes:
* Simple Mode (Default): A plain left-click routes the link to the right tab.
* Ctrl Mode: Use Ctrl+Click to route, while a plain click navigates the current tab as normal.
* Multiple Pairs: Manage several independent pairs simultaneously across different windows or tab groups.
* Native Feel: Fully supports target="_blank" links and window.open() calls.
đ How to Use
1. Open two tabs you want to split.
2. Highlight both tabs in your tab strip (Ctrl/Shift-Click).
3. Right-click and select "Pair selected tabs as split".
4. Enjoy seamless navigation from left to right!
đ Privacy & Security
Split View Router is built with a "Privacy First" mindset. It makes no network requests, contains no analytics, and uses a hardened security token (SVR_TOKEN) to ensure
that only your intended link clicks are routed.
