Elements that appeared fade in smoothly. Elements that disappeared fade out smoothly. Elements that moved transform into the new location smoothly. All transitions are 0.2 seconds long (short enough to not impede any interactions, long enough to be noticeable). A lot of the web was not designed for this, so some things may move⌠strangely.
