SessionVault Privacy Policy

SessionVault does not collect, store, or transmit any data to its developer. It has no backend server and no analytics.

The extension reads the active tab's cookies and localStorage only when you explicitly click an export action in the popup. The captured data is then:
- copied to your clipboard, or
- downloaded as a file to your device, or
- sent to an HTTP endpoint that YOU configure, using an API key that YOU provide.

In the POST case, data is sent only to the destination you specify and does not pass through any server operated by the developer.

The extension stores only your settings (endpoint URL and API key) locally in your browser, so you don't have to re-enter them. Nothing else is persisted.
