PageToMD converts web page content into well-formatted Markdown instantly, right from your browser toolbar. No online tools, no copy-pasting into converters, no leaving the page.

How it works

Click the toolbar icon (or press Alt+M) to open the converter popup. Hit the convert button and the page content is transformed into Markdown, ready to copy or download. That is it.

Smart content extraction

PageToMD automatically detects the main article on the page and ignores the clutter. It skips navigation bars, sidebars, footers, ads, comment sections, cookie banners, and other non-content elements so you get clean output without manual editing.

Privacy
