No More Stupid Newbies di moto42

Replaces the default avatar given to users who have yet to purchase one with an avatar unique to their username.
If you are like me, and mostly recognize who-posted-what by seeing the avatars in the corner of your eye as you read the posts, getting rid of the repetitive 'Stupid Newbie" avatars makes the forums much more readable.
