Code Notes di Tanmay

A markdown note-taking sidebar strictly for LeetCode and Codeforces problem pages. Write notes alongside your code with live split-screen preview, syntax highlighting, and automatic saving to browser storage or your computer's local folder.

I built this extension because I wanted a fast, clean way to track ideas and edge cases right inside the browser while practicing data structures and algorithms, without switching tabs or losing formatting.

Whenever you open a problem on LeetCode or Codeforces, the sidebar picks up the title and ID automatically. You can write down your logic using standard Markdown, paste code blocks, or sketch algorithms using quick Mermaid flowcharts. Everything saves automatically so you never lose your progress.

Local File Storage Setup: By default, notes save instantly to your browser storage. If you want your notes written directly to your computer as .md files inside your ~/Documents/DSA_CP/NOTES_P/ directory, simply run the quick native host script from our repository (install.sh on Mac/Linux or install.bat on Windows) to connect the browser to your hard drive.
