(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.

Have to connect to far locations which leads to big input lags... And of course its not stable as well. Not what expect from paid VPN. Don't recommend this VPN.
