About this extension

Dictate into any text field in Firefox with TypeWhisper, and let TypeWhisper's website workflows match the page you are on.

Features
- Shortcut: Alt+Shift+D starts or stops a dictation. TypeWhisper inserts the text into the focused field.
- Context menu: right-click a text field and choose "Dictate with TypeWhisper".
- Microphone button: optional button in the focused text field.
- Website workflows: tells TypeWhisper which website is open in the active tab, so workflows with a website trigger apply.

Requirements
This extension needs TypeWhisper for Mac with the local API turned on (Settings > Advanced). It does nothing on its own.

Privacy
The extension talks only to TypeWhisper's local API on 127.0.0.1. Sharing the active website can be turned off, and private windows are never shared. No analytics, no tracking.
