Tidy Instagram lets you curate your own feed by hiding posts and story items from accounts that aren't on your personal allowlist.

Add usernames you want to see in the extension's settings page.
Everything else (including ads and suggested content) gets visually hidden — DOM nodes are never removed, so Instagram's page still works normally.
100% local: no network requests, no analytics, no tracking, no data collection of any kind. All settings stay in your browser's local storage.
