This Privacy Policy details our commitment to transparency and protecting your privacy when you access kindbuds.ai and all subdomains and social media accounts held or operated by or for us (collectively, the “Site”).

What Information Do We Collect?
We do not collect personal information when you visit the Site.

Individual Data Set Information

Aggregate Data is non-personally identifiable or anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of the Site, the number of visits to the Site by you, types of browser used by you, cookie preferences or search terms entered by you. Aggregate Data is used collectively, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information (for example, the number of people who logged into the Site on a particular day). We use personal information to administer our business activities, provide client service, and provide other products and services to our clients and prospective clients. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Site and new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. The lists are used to send you product and service offers developed and managed under our traditional corporate standards designed to safeguard our clients’ Personal Information security and privacy.

We only process personal data to provide the Services and activities incidental to our Services, including without limitation: (i) processing orders; (ii) managing Customer accounts; (iii) improving the Services; and (iv) compiling Aggregate Data. “Aggregate Data” means anonymous data in aggregate form generated from, or based on Customer’s use of the Services (including the amount of uptime for the service monthly and yearly, analysis of which functions within the Services are more/less frequently used, security threats encountered and handled, and/or metrics such as surveys completed, number of active users).

You may ask for access to and correction of the personal information or exercise any other rights regarding this personal data. We will not sell any personal information. But we may sell and integrate Aggregated Data from Customer Data into the Platform if that Aggregated Data does not identify the Customer, Customer’s users, or any individual user on the Customer’s account. We will not disaggregate or re-identify Customer Data, nor will it allow any third party to disaggregate or re-identify the data.

How does Kind Buds use Social Media?
We use social media in different ways and for different purposes. We use it partly to facilitate the use of certain features of the Site, to advertise, and promote our services and mission, and showcase key clients and accomplishments. We also use it for advertising, to get feedback, to improve our product, and to expand our services.

Integration of Social Media Plugins
We have also integrated social media plugins into our platform. When you click on one of the buttons (such as Facebook’s “Like” button), certain information is shared with these social media providers.

What are Cookies and Web Beacon (or Pixel)?
Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a website. Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a user’s web browser on the user’s hard drive. Cookies can remember what information a user accesses on one web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that website by the same user or to use the information to streamline the user’s transactions on related web pages. This makes it easier for users to move from web page to web page and complete commercial transactions over the Internet. Cookies should make your online experience easier and more personalized.

A web beacon (or pixel) is an object embedded in a web page or email and is usually invisible to the user but allows checking to see if the user has viewed the page or email.

How do we use Information that we collect from Cookies or Web Beacons?
We use website browser software tools such as cookies and web server logs to gather Information about our website users’ browsing activities, improve the Site and better serve our clients. These Information assist us in designing and arranging our pages in the most user-friendly manner and continually improving the Site better to meet the needs of our clients and prospective clients.

We also use clear GIF in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. These features are not yet uniform, and our Site is not currently set up to respond to those signals for tracking.
