Permissions Explained:
- browsingData — Used to clear cache, storage, and cookies per site
- cookies — Needed to read and remove individual site cookies
- storage — Saves your site list and settings locally
- activeTab / tabs — Detects the current site you're viewing
- contextMenus — Adds "Clear cache" option on right-click
- notifications — Shows brief clearing confirmation
