Set New Tab URL by pigz

Customize the new tab page to redirect to a URL you choose, with options for how it opens:
- Set new tab URL: Point the new tab at any website you choose
- Control focus: After opening, keep focus in the address bar for typing, or pass it to the page
- Open via extension: Configure the extension icon or keyboard shortcut to open a new tab page, with its own URL and settings
- Minimal permissions: Only requests the permissions needed to open tabs and save your settings. Everything stays on your device
