PromptMaster deeply respects your privacy.

  1. Local Storage: By default, all your saved prompts, settings, and general data are stored strictly locally within your browser (using chrome.storage/browser.storage).
  2. Prompt Enhancement Feature: When you actively use the feature to "enhance or optimize" a prompt, the text of that specific prompt is securely sent to an external Artificial Intelligence API solely for the purpose of processing it and returning the improved version. We do not store these texts on our own servers.
  3. Permissions and Data Collection: The browser permissions requested are used exclusively to inject the user interface into compatible web pages and ensure the extension functions correctly. We do not perform background data collection, we do not track your browsing history, and we do not sell your personal information.
