About this extension

To make password management and auto logon activities seamless, ManageEngine PasswordManagerPro (PMP) provides the option to securely synchronize passwords across browsers through native browser extensions. The extension helps you to auto-fill passwords to websites and web applications and also launch RDP and SSH sessions. In addition, the extension allows you to view all passwords, resource groups, favorites, recently used and a search option.

Once you deploy the extension, you will be able to perform most of the password management operations directly from the browser extension, while PMP will be running in the background.

This add-on is completely free for the users. The web service Password Manager Pro, upon which this add-on is based, is available both as a free version and a paid subscription. Typically, once the trial period for the service ends, users can continue using the free version or subscribe to a paid edition. Either way, there is no separate payment required for the add-on.

New Features

Introducing the auto-logon functionality for websites with two-step login processes. This auto-logon functionality enhances the login experience for websites requiring multiple authentication steps, making the process seamless and swift for end users.
Firefox browser extension in PMP now supports the Save Password feature while using new credentials for login. When entered with manual credentials, instead of selecting from the extension autofill, the extension prompts to save the credentials to the PMP server, simplifying future logins by securely storing the information.

Enhancements

 *  Retrieving all matching enterprise accounts now uses a single API request, thus reducing the latency in data retrieval.
 *  The API call to fetch personal website accounts now includes a domain filter, ensuring that only the accounts matching the specified domains are retrieved. This enhancement also reduces the server response time for API calls that fetch service URLs.

*  Earlier, auto-logon functionality did not function as intended for a few websites. Now, we have extended our auto-logon capabilities, making it more dynamic and reliable for extensive websites.
