"Los Santos Roleplay" is a community and game server for the San Andreas Multiplayer modification on the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas platform, found at http://ls-rp.com/. "Los Santos Roleplay" is not associated with, nor does it endorse "LS-RP Staff Tools".
"Los Santos Roleplay web services" are defined as the web platforms for "Los Santos Roleplay", which include but are not necessarily limited to: http://forum.ls-rp.com/, http://ls-rp.com/, http://beta.ls-rp.com/, https://support.ls-rp.com/scp/login.php.
"Cloudflare" is an external, web performance and security company which covers "Los Santos Roleplay" and "Los Santos Roleplay web services". "Cloudflare" is not associated with, nor does it endorse "LS-RP Staff Tools".
"phpBB" is a free and open source forum software which is used by part of the "Los Santos Roleplay web services". "phpBB" is not associated with, nor does it endorse "LS-RP Staff Tools".

PRELUDE

If you choose to use this application, then you therefore argee to the collection and the processing of your information strictly in relation to this policy. Any personal information that is collected is only purposed for the fundamental operation of this application. Your information will not be used, or shared with anyone. The application also does not externally store any data, and only uses the bare minimum required for the application to work.

We do not require you to manually provide any personally identifiable information or any other information or asset. The application stores the session identification number used by phpBB as well as Cloudflare, for example, in order to be able to move topics without additional user topic. It furthermore accesses the cookies pertaining to "Los Santos Roleplay web services" in order to establish its operation.

DATA COLLECTION

With the purpose of the application being able to function, we collect the following:

Cookies — cookies are files with a small amount of data that are used as anonymous unique identifiers. Those are sent to your browser from websites you visit and are stored on your device. "LS-RP Staff Tools" accesses them in order to relay itself on "Los Santos Roleplay web services".

Session IDs — session IDs from the "phpBB" as well as "Cloudflare" are collected by "LS-RP Staff Tools" in order to relay itself on "Los Santos Roleplay web services".

Website content — website content from "Los Santos Roleplay web services" can be accessed and used in conjunction with the context menu implementation of "LS-RP Staff Tools". This projects itself when an user makes a selection then uses the context menu, which then gives them multiple options to do with their selections (such as look up a character name, an account name, et cetera).

Both of the above are required by the nature of the application which primarily automates user input and offers an extended toolset for the moderation of "Los Santos Roleplay web services".

DATA PROCESSING AND SECURITY

As far as security goes, "LS-RP Staff Tools" does not store or externally process any of the data you provide, nor are you at any point required to provide any personal information.

"LS-RP Staff Tools" is an application strictly concerning Los Santos Roleplay web services. It however projects itself on your browser's context menu, which is the menu that shows up when you right click on a page.

"LS-RP Staff Tools" does not have the ability to read any data off "Los Santos Roleplay web services". The context menu continues to remain on every, however, but any selections can not be read, and the user will be prompted to provide the information that they wish to process in the context menu.

"LS-RP Staff Tools" reserves the right to update and alter its privacy policy and its guidelines at any point in time. It is in the best interest of an user to periodically check this page, should they be concerned about the state of our privacy policy. "LS-RP Staff Tools" will apply any privacy policy changes on this page, and they will be deemed effective immediately upon their publication on this page.
