Journal Rank Local 是一款离线优先的学术期刊等级显示扩展。它会在 Google Scholar、Gmail 学术提醒、ResearchGate 以及常见出版社和数据库网页中识别期刊名称或 ISSN，并在原页面旁显示等级标签。

隐私说明：扩展不会上传完整网页内容，也不会建立用户画像。当网页中的期刊名称被截断且本地规则无法识别时，扩展可能从文章链接提取 DOI，并仅将 DOI 通过 HTTPS 发送给 Crossref，以查询标准期刊名称和 ISSN。

Journal Rank Local is an offline-first extension that displays journal rankings directly on academic webpages. Most matching happens locally using the database bundled with the extension. Only when a truncated journal name cannot be resolved locally may the DOI be sent to Crossref for standard journal metadata.
