Hide VK Feed Ads by Дмитрий

Hides promoted posts in the VK (VKontakte) news feed — the ones marked «Реклама» (Ad) under the author's name. The feed closes up, ordinary posts stay where they are.

WHAT IS HIDDEN
• Posts marked «Реклама» (Ad), including 0+, 16+ and 18+.
• Community posts marked «Реклама от автора» (ad by the author).
• Ads that load as you scroll — hidden before you get to see them.

WHAT STAYS
• Posts by friends and communities without the mark, even if their text contains the word "реклама".
• Stories, the Create button, the menus and the right column.
• Messages: the extension does nothing on messenger pages.

WHERE
• vk.com and vk.ru, mobile m.vk.ru (m.vk.com).

SWITCH
• Click the extension icon: one checkbox turns hiding on and off at once, no reload.

PRIVATE
• The only permission is storing the switch position.
• Does not read your messages, makes no network requests, sends nothing anywhere.
• No sign-up, ads or analytics.

Unofficial extension, not affiliated with VK. If VK changes its layout, ads may come back until the extension is updated.

Interface in English and Russian.
