The theme was originally made by Saihnne Park, who based their design on Mohertz's gruvbox colorscheme but with a softer pallete that feels comfortable to the eyes. This theme is just a use of that pallete for a Firefox theme with a strong emphasis on the Aqua color of that colorscheme.
