Pond by Raphael Salaja

Pond keeps what you save in a library on your Mac or Windows PC. The extension sends pages, images, screenshots, and bookmarks from your browser into it.

Save from any page
• Save Page adds the page you're on, signed in as you, so Pond can download the full post or article.
• Save Images lists every image on the page. Filter by size, format, and domain, pick the ones you want, and save them together.
• Capture Region snaps to the element under your pointer, or drag to draw your own box.
• Capture Visible Area and Capture Full Page take PNG or JPEG screenshots.
• Right-click a page, link, image, or video to save it. Option-right-click (Alt on Windows) an image or link to skip the menu.

Add details before it saves
After each capture, set a name, rating, description, tags, and folders right on the page. Turn off Ask Where to Save to save straight away.

Your bookmarks, as you browse
On X, Instagram, Pinterest, Cosmos, Are.na, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Threads, the site's own save or bookmark button also sends the post to Pond. Saving likes is optional for each site.

Keyboard shortcuts
• Option+Shift+P opens Pond
• Option+Shift+S saves the page
• Option+Shift+I saves images
• Option+Shift+R captures a region
On Windows, use Alt instead of Option. Change them in your browser's extension shortcuts.

Local-first
The extension only talks to the Pond app on your computer, through native messaging. There are no Pond accounts, no Pond servers, and no analytics. Pond is free and open source.

Requires the Pond app. Download it from pond.raphaelsalaja.com and open it once so the extension can connect.
