It works. And it opens the Google search in the same window, which is what I was looking for. Love the name.

brilliant. I hate the idea of having to use bangs. I wonder if you could have a stat count to show how many times I click the button because at some point if I'm using it 90% of the time I think I'd just switch back to Google.

Fantastic, I only found this because I thought about making this exact add-on... searched to see if one existed already (admittedly using Google) and bingo there was your Reddit post saying you'd made one 19 days ago! Is there a place we can submit pull request? I'd love it if the button worked between DuckDuckGo Images and Google Images.
