My Reviews
InfoSpace - Preferred Search
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have only been using InfoSpace as my preferred search engine for about Two Weeks, so this review is preliminary . . . But so far, it truly appears I am getting results that are superior to Google! The concept is extremely Simple:: Take the Best Results of Google and Combine that with the Best Results from Yahoo, Bing and Ask. What surprised me is how Frequently the Non-Google sites contribute Excellent Hits to your search results which Google Omitted. So far, it SEEMS that Info Space is kind of like Google-Plus! Let me know if I'm missing something in this preliminary review.
Note Also:: Two additional MetaSearch Engines that can be added to your Search Bar Inlude Dogpile and PolyMeta. 2 great advantages of PolyMeta (polymeta.com)---No ads and Excellent Clustering.
The main advantage of Google:: TONS of Hits; But have you noticed how rarely you continue to hunt beyond the 4th page of your Search Engine? Thus, superior results on the first 4 pages are preferable to using a Searching Engine offering 2 million hits.
