You made ​​the biggest paddings size for the smallest buttons pattern. It is against the logic. So big size is not needed.
Small activated button view causes conflicting feelings for me...

Navigation bar looks unnecessarily large vertical size for navigation panel buttons deactivated pattern. Would like to more option to navigation panel buttons vertical distance. More negative values before "0px" like this: -1,-2...-10.
