Colorful vector flowers

Colorful vector flowers Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is a cute theme for spring or summer! My only suggestion would be to change the color for toolbar text to a darker color. The white text blends in with the theme itself.

Edited to reply to Digital Doodles: I don't see a way to reply to your comment, so I just wanted to add, I don't think the theme is too busy at all. It's light and colorful and the flowers look nice all the way across. I was just thinking maybe black text, or dark blue or green might be easier to see. Or, as another option, perhaps use a watercolor/transparent effect on the flowers.
It's a nice theme!

Wind Blowing Tree

Light, airy and colorful! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A fresh interpretation of windblown leaves. I think Wind Blowing Tree also would look good in a variant that carries the pale blue color all the way across. The related wallpaper is stunning, too. I'm using it right now!

1-ClickWeather

Please fix this so it works! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Where is the developer's email address? He/she appears to be unreachable. This extension broke after the last update and now gives me an error message similar to the one reported by user dxxvi below...[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80520015 (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED) [nsIFileOutputStream.init]" nsresult: "0x80520015 (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://1clickweather/content/js/utils/filemanager.js :: anonymous :: line 315" data: no]
I hope the issue can be corrected soon.

Extero 2 (Minty Green)

Terrific update to original theme Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Love the updated green color and fresh new look to this theme. Props to this developer for quickly fixing the issues I emailed him about and sending me the revised theme a short time afterward.

iAqua fox

Great theme and developer fixes problems quickly Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Kudos to the developer of An iAqua theme for updating it for Firefox 3.5 when the original developer wasn't able to do so. Also, this developer is quick to fix problems like the one in which my Google Toolbar turned black after installing iAqua. He sent me a corrected version and the toolbar blends in with the others now.
The soft colors or iAqua are modern and attractive. Nice work!

Open in Safari

Props to this developer! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Props to the developer of Open in Safari for seeing a problem and writing an extension to solve it ASAP.
I previously used the Safari View extension on Firefox 3.0, but it broke once I upgraded to FF 3.5. It would only work once, then you had to quit Firefox entirely and restart it, which rendered Safari View USELESS! Also, Safari View's developer can't be found and the extension hasn't been updated since July 2008.
I looked around for another extension to replace the same functionality and found Open in Safari. It works perfectly! A simple, elegant solution.

Safari View

Broken in Firefox 3.5 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

EDIT: I looked around for another extension to replace the functionality of Safari View and found one called Open in Safari which was developed to do exactly what Safari Vew used to. Open in Safari works perfectly with Firefox 3.5. It's available now at
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12067

I'm giving Safari View only 1 star because it worked well in Firefox 3.0, but its function is severely compromised since the upgrade to FF 3.5. And, the most current version of this extension says it was last updated JULY 2008!
Since the move to Firefox 3.5, you can use Safari View ONLY ONCE to open a page. After that initial use, you must quit Firefox completely and restart it for Safari View to work again. This kills the functionality of the extension.
Normally, I'd email the developer about the problem. But the support Web site is in an Asian language and seems to require a login to access it, so Google won't translate the site.
It is inexcusable to offer an addon and set up so-called support that can't be accessed.

LightStyles

Beautiful, needs a few fixes Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The neon glow of the icons against the black toolbars is beautiful and striking, but this theme's drop-down menus and text need work. Gray lettering against a dark background is very hard to read. The developer could make all the text white against a black background as in other dark themes. That would turn this nice theme into a great one and make it much more usable.

Gradient xMas

Great holiday theme! Works well on Mac. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Just downloaded Gradient xMas. Love the way the icons look like shiny Christmas ball ornaments!
Unlike another reviewer, I really enjoy the falling snowflakes. The only suggestions I'd make is to have the flakes fall more slowly, like real snow, and to theme the toolbar and bookmark menus. That would make it a 5-star theme.
Otherwise, this is a cool, non-traditional Xmas theme.

Xmas

Wish it worked with the Mac Rated 4 out of 5 stars

There are only two Christmas holiday themes compatible with Firefox 3, and only one that is cross-platform for Mac & Windows. I like the appearance of this theme and hope the developer is able to update it for Mac OS X in time for the holiday.

ShinyFox

Please Make Available for Mac OS X Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Hi, I'm leaving a message here because the developer's home page doesn't provide a method for contact. Nor can I find anything out from Mozilla forums.
I like the idea of this theme and would love to be able to install it, but I use a Mac. Please consider making it available for us, too!

Certified Green

No Mac version? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Hi, I like the idea of this theme and would like to install it, but I have an iMac. Is there a potential for a Macintosh-compatible version to be released in the future?

Silvermel

Elegant theme, just have one question Rated 4 out of 5 stars

An elegant, classy theme.
I do have a question/request, and there's no way to email the developer directly from the support page so I'm posting here. I have an iMac running OS X 10.4.11 and I use the Safari View extension, which is the Mac version of IE View Lite.
In other themes I've installed, the Safari View icon renders properly, appearing as the Safari browser icon. In Silvermel, it shows up as "e" for Internet Explorer. Not that big a deal, but it would be nice to have it render as the Safari icon.
Thanks again for your work on this great theme!

Camifox

Great Firefox theme for Mac Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is one of my favorite Firefox 3 themes for my Mac. Colorful and crisp. Far better than Firefox 3's default Mac skin. Plus, this developer works very fast to answer questions and resolve problems. An A+

Different and fun Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Colorful, fun and different. Lots of themes have similar icons, but this developer really took the time to come up with a new look apart from the crowd. I like the color combination of pale blue and orange, and the detailed icons.

Hawaii

Great idea! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I just discovered this theme and downloaded it. There are a lot of things I like about it, especially the thatched background...cool! I have just a couple suggestions if the developer is open to some tweaking. I wish the icons could be made brighter so they're easier to see. Also, in lieu of the rainbow effect, perhaps a solid color of turquoise could be used to simulate the shimmering color of Hawaiian waters? The rainbow effect just seems a bit garish to me. But overall, congrats on creating a cool, unique theme.
