Exactly what I was looking/hoping for!
I always battle to find Google Analytics and Wallet especially, not sure why, but I always seem to end up doing a search for either of them. I have quite a few Google accounts and use many of the Google services, so this is just perfect for someone like me.
I have no idea why Google hasn't thought of putting all of it's services in a feature like this instead of the limited "Apps" drop-down menu that they offer as vaguely customizable on some their pages. Perhaps they don't realize that some people might want to check their Gmail or Calendar after having a peek at Analytics. Links to all other services on all Google Services pages are sadly lacking
I put this in my addon bar so that I can quickly access Google Services without having to mess about with bookmarks or whatever.
A few suggestions that might make this add on even more awesome is if it had the option to open any of the Google links in a new tab in the background so you wouldn't have to leave the page you are reading until you are ready.
Perhaps a few options for layout customization would be nice too. For example a menu style layout in a single column as an option. A choice to see the icon with or without text and possibly one to allow users to select a smaller or larger icon size would also be nice.
Having said all of that. I am delighted with this, even if the developer doesn't change a thing.
Well done dev you have shown Google how it should be done :-)
Totally the best of it's kind out there. Way out in front of anything else that tries to do the same thing. I cannot be without this add-on. Excellent!!!!!!!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.3.7). This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
Well, the following don't work
Emoticons don't show
And a lot of other things actually!
However, the themes work, although it would be nice if you could just change the colour scheme rather than have a whole lot of fancy business going on.
Does slow things down a lot too
Still testing to see if other things do or don't work
This add-on needs a LOT more work to become the add-on that it should be
Excellent add-on. I have tried many others that are similar to this one, but this one has all the features that you could want, and some more. The developers seem to be very interested in your opinions and improving their product. Highly recommendedThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.8.1). Brilliant!!! I lost my history button and now I have it back AND it works with the History Submenus add-on AND it is the same size as the others!
Now I am super happy

So far so good! Very nice add-on and does everything that similar add-ons do and much more! I am now using this one instead of any of the "others" :-) I wish there was a way that you could specify exactly how big the thumbnails are though, as "big" isn't big enough for my poor eyes.
Just what I was looking for. Works perfectly in FF 10
Great add-on. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please hurry up and get it working in FF 4.0 on windows. I know you said be patient but I can't! Thank you :-)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4.7).
Yes kerraugh I also got the transparent menu but only with Autocopy's own menu activated. If you use the context menu and de-select Autocopy's one it works just fineThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
1. Firstly, can't say that i am not a little worried by the Privacy Agreement that 67 pointed out. It seems that you have some contradictory information and it is a little unclear as to where you really stand as far as protecting your users privacy!.
2. On your welcome page (page that opens once the add-on is installed) I suggest that you should make sure that you let people know once again (and in big red writing) that they need to make exceptions for apture.js in Adblock or turn Adblock off, and remind them that it won't work on any https site (also in big red writing). This is possibly why some reviewers are reporting the problem of it not working sometimes and the short cut not doing anything.
3. In fact I think to avoid confusion, it would be a good idea if you could put a visual cue of some kind (like greying out the icons) to let the user know that they are on a site or page where Apture will not work (such as an https site) cause there is now way to know if Apture is "on" or "off" so to speak.
4. It would be nice if you had a few options too. I think we all like to have a few options with our add-ons other than just changing the keyboard shortcut! Where the bar pops up would be a nice option to have (top or bottom) for example.
The ability to be able to add our own "search" pages as well would be very nice indeed and enable us to be able to customise our experience.
Other than that, i think this has potential and if you sort these things out then I think that this add-on will be a great success.
Thank you to cpaulg. Works in FF 4.0. Great!
On my wish list for this one would be a feature to bring back a way to copy as plain text seeing as the developer of the "copy as plain text" add-on will no longer be updating it. Perhaps there could be another way of including this functionality in the next update of this add-on pretty please?????
This could be so great, but unfortunately there are too many bugs in it to work reliably. Very annoying that the collections say that they have new addons when they don't, Also sometimes logs me off for no reason.
Wish that there was the ability to batch add to a collection and batch install from one like massive extender (which doesn't work with this version). Also I find it a bit odd that in order to use the autopublisher facility that you have to come out of the add on collector panel and into to the add on panel and then select options for add-on collector and use it from there. Not very convenient or user friendly is it? There should be a button that you can click from the add on collector panel, and/or a facility whereby it would detect that you had installed another add-on and ask if you want to update your online collection (or do it automatically). Some of us use our collections as a sort of backup for keeping tabs on our installed add-ons just in case we need to reinstall them and having a collection auto update would be very useful.
Having said all of that, after all, this is the only extension out there that I know of that can manage your collections so it is better than nothing at all! Sort it out and I will up my rating. I am using Firefox 4.0 by the way.
Very, very nice little add-on that really does significantly speed up Firefox. You don't have to be a geek to use it either. Liked it so much that I have put it in my Tabby Kitty's "Must Haves" collectionThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.9.1Lite).
Very useful add on. I can now group all my search relevant context menu items together so that I will always know where to point my mouse when the menu opens. I have also done this with my image menu items. Very cool that you can hide menu items that you will never use or have another extension that handles that function. My only wish (and this is probably not doable) would be to have a way to export preferences so that next time I have to re-install Firefox I could just import my preferences. Must have add on that I can't do without and will be in my Must Have collection.
Use this all the time! Don't know what I would do without it. Must have for web developers and designers and those that use photoshop. I totally agree with jjinks regarding the functionality, it has everything that I want, if I want it. Great add on, super useful! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.5.5).
I can see why it won an award! This is a total must have in your collection. Don't know what I would do without it!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.13).
Totally brilliant! What I have been wanting for ever! My life is now complete! I totally agree with Xircal in combining it with the "Add To Search Bar" add on. I now cannot live without this add on. Excellent! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.6). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
In my "must have" list. When I am working in Firefox on another computer that hasn't got this add on I get sooo frustrated when my next page doesn't appear. Once you have this add on you won't ever want to be without it. Great add on!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.2.6).
This is the bomb! Saves having to install numerous search engines and search engine collections that you will probably never use half of anyway. All your favourite sites and search engines can be added as searches. Fantastic! Combined with Context Search (as Xircal mentioned) you have a winning team. Superb must have add on that I now can't live without! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0).
