Gabriel Somoza

I’m Gabriel Somoza, a Belgium-based Engineering Manager and Ecommerce Architect. I currently spend most of my time leading Strategery – a boutique web development company that specializes in building high-quality e-commerce stores and web applications.

I’m a Zend PHP Certified Engineer and Magento Certified Developer Plus, organize a monthly PHP meetup in Limburg, Belgium, regularly speak at PHP conferences around Europe, and contribute to open source projects, including Zend Framework and Magento.

When I’m not working I spend time with my beautiful wife, travel, and do some research to broaden my skills.
