About this extension
How does zero-rated Internet feel like, if you are a poor person who can't afford data packs?

You can use this add-on to experience that. But, as Jimmy Wales suggested you should look at this experience from a different frame of reference. To get into the reference frame of poor who are in the blackness of no data access, I suggest that you spend 100 days without using the Internet before installing this add-on. Then, when you get the limited services you are allowed to access after installing this add-on, you can know the difference between death by starvation and survival through basic rations.

WARNING: Almost the entire Internet will stop loading after you install this addon. That is how zero-rating works for poor who can't afford data packs. Just disable Zero Internet from Tools->Addons->Extensions to be back on the Internet.

But, if you went through the 100 days I told you about, you are supposed to like this experience of not having access to the entire Internet. In case you do not like that experience, please try to raise a voice, do check out netneutrality.in for ideas on how to protect the Internet and keep it the free and open resource that it is.
Developer comments
The add-on runs on all websites except the ones that were available on free basics at the time the add-on was developed. Once loaded, it replaces the body of the page and stops page load.
