- by GK, 2 years agoRated 5 out of 5After trying about 20 of these going down the list - this was the first one that actually worked (win10/YT) - created a FF profile just so I could leave this feedback!
- by Bullwinkle, 2 years agoRated 1 out of 5I wanted a simple Youtube downloader.
I just now tried it once and it worked.
Your add-on did not require the user to submit to numerous intrusive permissions.
The two improvements I would like to suggest are a larger and more obvious download button and for you to eventually expand the application to operate on Bitchute and other video websites as Youtube is deleting works that do not meet Youtubes arbitrary, undocumented and ever changing guidelines.
I will check your other works as they showed up while I was trying to find how to submit a review.
You are the first to get a review from me.
You were the only one in my search for a Youtube downloader to respond to reviews.
That makes you appear as a responsible developer regardless of the low number reviews.
I can not promise to offer a donation.
I will need to use it for a while.
Would you post somewhere where a donation could be made?
In my haste, I did not see one.
I am older (64) and do not use Pay Pal and I am concerned with using a credit card.
I will put the link where I got this add-on in my "Bookmarks" if and when you reply.Hello! Thanks for your feedback. We're so pleased that you are satisfied with the quality of our extension. The extension is free and contains no paid featires. We will definitely work on improving the extension.

-> YouTube Downloader
Depuis quelques temps, cette extension passe, si je peux m'exprimer ainsi, tous les liens à travers un autre lien : " www.smartredirect de/redir/clickGate.php..... "
C'est pourquoi je l'ai supprimée !
- by smaffy, 2 years agoRated 4 out of 5Has worked reliably for years until two weeks ago when I downloaded a now-banned video. I can no longer see the download button. Since then, I have tried to use other YouTube download add-ons, but they do not work either, so maybe the problem is on the Mozilla side or YouTube side. I see that there are "Mozilla recommended" add-ons, but they require invasive levels of permissions.
UPDATE: I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now working. (Disable-/re-enable did NOT work).Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the problem. Could you share a link to the video after downloading which such problems started?
