    You may find an older version somewhere else, submit it to AMO with non-public option, and using it for free forever.

    Hi there! The extension has had premium features for a while now (when auto toggle was also moved to require premim). However the core functionality is still free! (adding the button and ability to go windowed fullscreen along with a hotkey).

    You shouldn't take away things that you chose to make free before and demand payment to give them back. Only new features should come with new prices.

    Your accessible pricing and your choice of words make me think you're an alright guy. Do the right thing and walk back that "moving" a previously free feature behind a paywall nonsense. Keep up the good work on the premium features to justify the price you set for them instead of cannibalizing the free features to make the premium mode seem good by comparison.

    It's your work and you can monetize it however you'd like, but I am not going to reward you for pushing an update that deliberately took away a feature I had access to before. I would've been more than happy to support if this change had been done right. v4.2

    Why does it need to know my tab data since the last update? I don't mind that it went freemium, doesn't excuse the creepy behavior though.

    UPD: It doesn't require access to tab data anymore. Good.

    Hi Raven! Thanks so much for pointing that out! I've accidentally left those in during development while I was trying to figure out a way to get the icon loading to be more consistent (by reading if the current tab is YouTube or not). You're correct that it won't be needed! I'll push out an update fixing this. Thanks again!

    EDIT: Update has been pushed :) Let me know if there's any unintended side effects!

    New version locks existing features behind a paywall, go to version history and downgrade to 4.2 to bypass.

    Works much smoother since "premium" update; happy to support for the additional features. If possible I would love if we could see the video title when the mouse cursor enters the player area. Cheers!

    Previously loved this... now the dev has come on "hard times" and updated to make it a subscription product with no prior warning. I understand devs deserve money, but making this a subscription is a joke. Anyone who still wants to use it, go to version history on the plugin page and install version 4.2 to keep it for free.

    Previously excellent. Thankfully you can install v4.2 from the version history page and disable automatic updates. I hope the dev's situation improves, but adding bloat and permission creep to paywall previously free features wasn't the move.

    This is now a paid extension. I didn't sign up for this. If this was $5 to buy forever, I might be in. A subscription?! You can personally contact me and I'll let you know where exactly you can file this idea.

    Been using this for years. I got an ultra-wide monitor and was disappointed by YouTube being mostly back bars in full screen. Then I found this extension and it has been a huge upgrade to YouTube. Even when it moved to freemium I still absolutely loved it. Best $5 I've ever spent on a tweak for my PC.

    Please fix this add-on, after the latest firefox upgrade (to the 130.0 (64-bit) its broken, this add on makes the videos freeze with no controls. Thank you!

    No longer works, I am now getting black boxes on top and below of the video player while using theater mode.

    To confirm I did reset my PC, as well as restart firefox to confirm nothing was missing.

    Due to the recent Youtube layout changes, I was having trouble with the chat replays being displayed on the right side of the video and reducing the video screen size when playing LIVE streaming archived videos in theater mode, and then I found this add-on!

    This add-on is very useful because it allows me to maximize the screen size of the video window without having to turn off the chat replay.
    (Because turning off the chat replay function disables the “YouTube LiveChat Flusher” add-on, which I want to use at the same time.)

    Unfortunately, with the version 4.0 update, the chat replay is now displayed to the right of the video and the video is not window maximized.
    I would love to see this add-on become even better if the display method could be reverted back to the way it was before or if it could be made an option to choose how it is displayed.

    I have now downgraded to version 3.9 and am using it.
