About this extension
Discover the RSS/Atom feeds on the current page provides as well as reveal rel=me URLs that the website author used to point to their other public profiles.

If you use the Friends plugin for WordPress, you can add the current site as a friend or follow the Mastodon account via your own blog or reply to a toot.
