Release notes for 4.13
Rolled-back terser-webpack-plugin from the latest version back to version 5.1.2. The latest version used in version 4.12 probably caused high memory/CPU use on Firefox.

Other fixes:
  • Bugfix: the previous session is not cleared up when the setting is on (Firefox only)
  • UI: Popup: added NA version when clicking on the error description label
  • Added Options tab on the extension's page at Add-ons Manager (Firefox only)
