About this extension
Unraid Dash gives you a quick dashboard view of your Unraid 7.x servers without opening the WebGUI. Click the extension icon and instantly see CPU and RAM usage, array health, Docker containers, virtual machines, and unread notifications, all fetched live from the Unraid GraphQL API.
Built for Unraid enthusiasts who want fast, at-a-glance server monitoring from any browser tab.
✨ Key Features:
📊 System Overview: CPU brand, cores/threads, total memory, CPU and RAM usage bars, uptime, server version, and LAN IP address at a glance.
💾 Array Status: Array state with capacity bar, per-disk health indicators showing temperature and error counts, parity and cache pool status.
🐳 Docker Management: View all containers with running/stopped indicators. Start and stop containers directly from the popup. Auto-detected WebUI links open container interfaces in one click. Override URLs for containers behind reverse proxies.
💻 VM Management: View all virtual machines with running/stopped/paused status. Start and stop VMs directly from the popup.
🔔 Notifications: Unread alert, warning, and info counts displayed in the popup and as a badge on the extension icon. Expand the list to browse individual notifications. Archive them individually or in bulk.
🖥️Multi-Server Support: Add unlimited Unraid servers. Switch between them using the tab bar. Each server uses its own API key and URL. Automatic API key type detection, read-only keys see a full dashboard with mutation controls (start/stop, archive) disabled.
📋 List Settings: Sort Docker containers and VMs by name (A-Z, Z-A), running status, or a custom drag-and-drop order. Control how many items are visible before the "Show all" toggle (5, 6, 10, 15, 20, or all).
📌 Collapsible Cards: Click any card header to collapse or expand it. The state persists across sessions.
👁️Card Visibility: Show or hide individual dashboard cards (System, Array, Docker, VMs, Notifications) from the Settings panel.
🔄 Auto-Refresh: Keep your dashboard up to date with configurable refresh intervals: 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 5 minutes, or off.
🎨 Dark Mode: Toggle between light and dark themes. Your preference is saved automatically.
⚙️ How It Works:
- Step 1: Click the Unraid Dash icon in your browser toolbar.
- Step 2: On first use, open Settings and add a server with its URL and API key.
- Step 3: The dashboard loads with live data from your Unraid server.

- Step 5: Click the notification summary to expand and browse individual notifications.
- Step 6: Use the gear icon on Docker/VM cards to configure sorting and visible count.
- Step 7: Add more servers and switch between them using the tab bar.
