Table Form Paste Helper is a lightweight browser extension for pasting spreadsheet data into table-style web forms.

Copy rows and columns from Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools, click the first field in a web form, and paste. The extension fills the fields in order, following the table layout.

It is designed for standard HTML table forms and simple div-based grid forms, such as work logs, timesheets, monthly reports, and other repeated data entry screens.
