The extension supports offline speech using the voices available in the user's browser and device. It can also use Google Cloud Text-to-Speech for online speech synthesis, including supported English (India) neural voices.

SentenceTTS Reader only processes the text required for speech playback and provides users with control over how content is read aloud.
