How It Works ?
Instead of blocking websites entirely (which often leads to frustration and instantly disabling the extension), RotGuard introduces intentional waiting times and time-boxed sessions.

Spending 30 continuous minutes on a feed goes by in a flash. But breaking that down into six 5-minute sessions (each requiring you to pause, wait, and read a mindful message before entering) makes you aware of your screen time.
