About this extension
RiftSight lets you hover the cards in Riftbound videos and streams to see each one full size: Rift Atlas and TCG Arena games, and physical play. It works on YouTube and twitch.tv with nothing for the streamer to set up, and streams that use RiftSight add the streamer's deck. Players also get a deck tracker and an optional match history. No RiftSight account needed to play or watch.

HOW TO USE IT
1. Install, then click "Turn on card hovers" in the tab that opens (Firefox asks once: access to Twitch and YouTube, and "browsing activity", which is the channel you are watching).
2. Open a Riftbound video or stream on YouTube or Twitch and click the RiftSight button at the top right of the player.
3. Rest the pointer on a card to see it full size.

Setup guide and common questions: https://riftsight.gg/setup

VIDEOS AND STREAMS
- The RiftSight button shows at the top right of the player while your pointer is over the video. One click turns card hovers on or off, and RiftSight remembers your choice for that video, or for that twitch.tv channel. It works on YouTube videos and live streams and on twitch.tv channels and videos showing Rift Atlas, TCG Arena or physical play.
- Already watching? Open RiftSight from Firefox's Extensions menu and click "Try on this tab": card hovers work on that one tab, without access to the whole site. Firefox asks once for "browsing activity". No account or sign-up.
- When RiftSight isn't sure what a card is, it shows nothing. Newly revealed cards are added in regular updates.
- Recognition runs in your browser: video frames are never uploaded.
- On a stream that uses RiftSight, card hovers come from the streamer's game and are on by default; the RiftSight button turns them off or on for that channel. If cards don't line up with the stream, adjust "Stream delay" in the RiftSight popup.
- When the streamer shares their deck, a Deck button in the corner of the video opens it: the cards left, their champion and sideboard. Hover any row for the full art, or copy the list for the site's import. It follows the video, and you can hide it per channel or turn it off everywhere.
- Viewer settings (on the Settings & Help page): card outlines and shared decks, one set for both platforms.

STREAMING
1. Open RiftSight and, under Stream, connect your Twitch and/or YouTube channel (Firefox asks once for "website content" and "authentication information": your board and your channel sign-in). One RiftSight account covers both.
2. Start a game on Rift Atlas (a Solo Room works). Viewers can hover your cards automatically once you're connected; "Pause" in the popup lets you practice privately.
3. Right after you connect, RiftSight asks how Rift Atlas appears on your stream: one click if the game fills the video; otherwise match the box to a screenshot of your stream. Change it any time from Overlay setup in the popup.
4. Go live. Viewers hover the cards on your board to see their full art.
5. Optional: turn on "Share deck with viewers" in the popup so viewers with RiftSight can open your deck over your stream. Off by default. Viewers can work out cards in your hand from the list, your sideboard, battlefields and runes are shared while it's on, and anyone can copy the list. The switch is also in the deck tracker's gear, a "Shared" marker shows in the tracker while it's on, and Settings & Help shows what viewers see.

Optional OBS graphic: on the Settings & Help page, turn on "OBS deck graphic", create the OBS URL and add it as a Browser Source. It shows your deck list, how many of each card are left and your last card played to everyone watching; together with the board, viewers can work out cards in your hand. Off by default.

DECK TRACKER
- Follows your deck as you play: cards left ("N / 39") sorted by cost, next-draw odds, your champion, your last card played and the cards your opponent has shown. In a best-of-three it shows the game number and your sideboarding changes.
- Keep it in the game page (Normal or Small size for smaller screens, in its gear), or move it to a separate window (Settings & Help → Display location) so it stays out of your stream capture.
- "Copy deck list" copies your deck in the site's import format.

MATCH HISTORY
- Off until you turn on "Save match history" in Settings & Help; it starts with your next game. Each saved game keeps the result, both legends, the cards each side showed and a game log. Export or delete any match. It is stored only in your browser and never leaves it.

PRIVACY
RiftSight never reveals anything the game keeps hidden from you, such as an opponent's hand or a face-down card. Card recognition runs on your device and never uploads video frames. By default it only accesses play.riftatlas.com. Access to twitch.tv and youtube.com is optional and requested only when you turn on watching there; "Try on this tab" works on the one tab you click it on, until you reload it.

RiftSight is an unofficial fan project. RiftSight was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. Firefox shows RiftSight as collecting no data when you install it. It asks, in Firefox's own prompt, only when you turn something on: "browsing activity" for card hovers (the channel you are watching is looked up to see whether its streamer uses RiftSight; it is not tied to you and not stored), and "website content" and "authentication information" if you connect a channel as a streamer (your board and your channel sign-in). You can withdraw either in Firefox's add-on settings, and that part of RiftSight switches off.
