QuickWord gives you a quick, privacy-focused way to count the visible words on the active tab. Open the toolbar popup and click Count words on this page to run a one-time local analysis; results are displayed instantly and no data is sent anywhere. You can open Options to exclude elements using CSS selectors (for example nav, footer, or ad containers) and to change the minimum word length the tool counts. The extension is lightweight, uses browser storage for settings, and avoids remote code and inline scripts to meet AMO policies.
